SAR Bylaws Updated to Comply with Upcoming NAR Settlement Deadline |
|
The Bylaws of the Spartanburg Association of REALTORS® have been updated in order to be in compliance with the NAR Settlement agreement. Since these changes are mandated by the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® policy, they only required approval by the Executive Committee. Important Changes to Spartanburg MLS to be Published to All MLS Users! |

The Spartanburg MLS will remove all compensation fields from Paragon on August 12. A separate MLS Update will be sent out July 24, 2024 to all Spartanburg MLS users containing important changes to the MLS Rules and Regulations, and links to the MLS Data Profile Forms. If you are a Participant or Subscriber of the Spartanburg MLS be sure you review this information! |

SCR's Updated Forms and Training Webinar & Videos |

New SCR Forms - Are you Ready?
SCR will be offering the SCR Forms Changes Training Webinar on August 8, 2024 at 12pm. Click here to register for this webinar.
In August the new commission changes come into effect. This has resulted in a lot of new forms for members to use. SCR has made an effort for members to become familiar with the forms prior to the MLS switchover. So where are the new forms?
The new forms are available now at screaltors.org/forms (login required) in both draft (redline) and live versions as zipped files:
The current versions of these forms will remain available in the SCR forms library under the dropdown list until August 1, when they will be replaced by these updated versions.
ZipForms and other providers will have the new forms updated in their library in early August.

SCR Offering Free Education Series (ABR, RENE, SRS and PSA) |

SCR is excited to announce it will be offering additional FREE Virtual education courses to members statewide ($885 value). These virtual courses ABR, RENE, SRS, and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) will be paid for by SCR, and will be taught via Zoom by Todd Beckstrom, and hosted by CCRA.
