Thank you for your interest in the Spartanburg Multiple Listing Service, a subsidiary of the Spartanburg Association of REALTORS®.  Please complete all fields that apply to you.  Once you have completed the application, click on Join to submit your application.

Please make sure all information matches the information on your License from the State, including the Office Name and Address or your application will be declined.

Select Your Option(s)

Broker-in-Charge or Primary Appraiser:  An individual applying for MLS Participant must hold an active South Carolina real estate broker-in-charge license or be a South Carolina certified or licensed real estate appraiser and hold Designated REALTOR® membership with the Spartanburg Association or another Association of REALTORS®. 

$120 Quarterly Fee + $500.00 One-Time Fee (You will be invoiced once your application is approved).

Salespersons, Agents and Appraisers:  An individual applying for MLS Subscriber must hold an active South Carolina real estate non-principal broker or sales license, or be a South Carolina certified or licensed real estate appraiser with the same office as a broker-in-charge or principal appraiser who is a participant of the Spartanburg MLS. Applicant must hold REALTOR® membership with the Spartanburg Association or another Association of REALTORS®.
