I grew up in Woodruff, South Carolina, back when your nearest neighbor might be a mile down the road. Upstate SC looked a lot different then. I’ve watched this region transform from a quiet stretch of the Carolinas into one of the most desirable places to live in the Southeast. That’s not just background noise for me, it’s why I do this work.

I’m proud of my Catawba Native American heritage, a people with deep roots in the Carolinas who have called this land home for thousands of years. That connection to place means something to me. When I help someone buy or sell here, it’s not just a transaction, it’s a piece of this land changing hands, and I don’t take that lightly.

I’ve been in real estate for over 10 years, and if I’m honest, the awards and production numbers aren’t what keep me going. What keeps me going is the moment a client looks at me and says “this whole thing wouldn’t have happened if it weren’t for you.” That’s the job. That’s the whole thing.
