This is the mandatory course that, with minor exceptions, is required prior to 2023 or 2024 renewals. It focuses on disclosure requirements for real estate licensees, whether relating to property or transaction issues, personal interest, disclosure of fees from more than one party, disclosures to multiple buyer clients, etc. The attendee will also review SC Code of Laws 27-50, the Residential Property Condition Disclosure Act, to identify the role licensees have under this law. This is the mandatory core course and there is no substitution.
