Cynthia Collins
About
Customer service is second nature to Cindy, her love of people and helping them has been a way of life. The moment she ventured into real estate in December 1991, she felt the excitement of connecting people and their homes. At the time, she was a young mother; she learned the business form the ground up, starting as a part-time receptionist. Within a few months she was promoted to Office Manager. In 1999, Cindy decided to take her real estate career to the next level and became a licensed salesperson. As her children grew, so did her career and by 2004, she had committed to serving her customers by selling real estate full time. It is no wonder that she exceeded her sales goals within the first year! Cindy's motivated spirit and honest, ethical nature have supported her success. She is masterful in helping buyers transform a house into a home by navigating the complexities of the home buying process; this skill has created lifelong friends out of many buyers. That's why she strives to live up to her personal maxim: "Turning Houses into Homes." A Spartanburg native, Cindy has thirty-two years of real estate experience in the Upstate. She and her husband Scott reside and attend church in the Boiling Springs area of Spartanburg. They are proud parents of two beautiful daughters and grandparents of six adorable grandchildren who light up their lives! For leisure, Cindy and Scott's main priority is spending quality time with their loved ones. They also enjoy cooking, hiking, walking and traveling around in their camper with their Boykin Spaniel named "Whiskey".
